Matt Booty is head of Xbox Game Studios and oversees all first-party games output for Microsoft, from studios including Rare, Turn 10 and Mojang.
Booty started his career at Midway as a game designer and programmer, before working his way up the ranks to become president of the company in 2008. He joined Xbox in 2010.
