Koichi Hayashida is a Japanese programmer employed at Nintendo EAD.
He is one of the chief planners of the Tokyo Entertainment Analysis & Development division and directed Super Mario games Galaxy 2, 3D Land and 3D World, later acting as a producer for Odyssey.
