Hidemaro Fujibayashi is a Japanese game designer at Nintendo. He is best known for acting as game director on the Legend of Zelda series, including Wii U and Switch instalment Breath of the Wild and Wii’s Skyward Sword. Previously he had worked on the series at Capcom, designing Game Boy Color’s Oracle of Ages / Seasons and Game Boy Advance’s Four Swords and Minish Cap. Eventually he joined Nintendo where he was subdirector on Nintendo DS title, Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass.
