Hideaki Nishino

Hideaki Nishino is the CEO of PlayStation maker Sony Interactive Entertainment.

Nishino became president of SIE in 2025, following a year-long stretch as co-CEO, alongside Hermen Hulst.

Nishino was previously SVP of SIE’s Platform Experience Group,  which is responsible for technology, products, services, and platform experience, as well as third-party publisher and developer relations and commercial operations, including sales and marketing of hardware, services, and peripherals.

The executive is a 25-plus-year veteran of Sony, having joining in 2000 as a producer in its mobile division, moving to PlayStation in 2009.
