Charles Cecil MBE

Charles Cecil MBE is a British video game designer and co-founder of Revolution Software.

Cecil started his games career at publishers US Gold and Activision, before founding Revolution in 1990 with Tony Warriner, David Sykes and Noirin Carmody.

He is best known for his Broken Sword and Beneath a Steel Sky series of adventure games. He was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire in the 2011 Birthday Honours for services to the video game industry.
