Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League’s first gameplay trailer shows off The Flash

A new gameplay trailer for Suicide Squad: Kills The Justice has been revealed at The Game Awards.

The trailer shows off Deadshot and Rick Flag using third-person shooter style mechanics while King Shark and Harley Quinn utilise more melee focussed attacks. The trailer also shows the team fighting in larger environments with a focus on traversal.

Suicide Squad is billed as a “genre-bending action-adventure shooter” set in an open-world Metropolis.

Playable solo or with up to four players in online co-op, its original story follows Suicide Squad members Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang and King Shark, who are on a mission to save Earth and kill the world’s greatest DC Super Heroes, The Justice League.

Publisher Warner Bros. premiered a Suicide Squad story trailer during its DC Fandome event in October.

It appeared to show in-engine cutscene footage and showed the Squad preparing to team up to take on DC’s iconic superhero team, who appear to be infected with some sort of virus that turns them evil.

Suicide Squad was announced alongside Gotham Knights at 2020’s DC Fandome event. It’s scheduled to be released worldwide in 2022 for PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
