Square Enix confirms Final Fantasy 7 Revelation release date
FF7 Revelation is officially coming early next year
Square Enix has confirmed Final Fantasy 7 Revelation’s release date during a PlayStation State of Play live stream.
A new trailer for the third instalment in the FF7 remake trilogy confirmed that the final entry will release on April 8, 2027.
As previously, announced, FF7 Revelation will release for PS5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch 2, and PC simultaneously.
“Today we are thrilled to show you the world premiere of our gameplay footage, highlighting the exciting features you can experience in Revelation,” said game director Naoki Hamaguchi.
In a recent interview, Hamaguchi told players that the base game will mark the definitive end of the trilogy’s story, and that anyone worried it will get some sort of epilogue DLC should rest assured it won’t.
