PlayStation Store ‘Big in Japan’ sale is now live
Get up to 70% off PS4 games in Europe and up to 50% off in the US
Sony has launched a new PlayStation Store sale featuring discounts on PS4 games created by Japanese development studios.
The ‘Big in Japan’ promotion is offering up to 70% off the price of over 350 games in Europe, where it runs until 11.59pm BST on Friday, May 8.
In the US some 300 games are discounted by up to 50% until 8am PST on May 8.
The sale features multiple entries in high profile series including Final Fantasy, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry and Dark Souls.
As part of an initiative designed to promote social distancing during the coronavirus pandemic, Sony is currently giving away PS4 games Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey. Players who download the titles free of charge before May 5 at 8pm PDT can keep them forever.
Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End and Dirt Rally 2.0 are free to download from the PlayStation Store for PS Plus members in April.
