New Pokémon games info could be coming next week
Japanese TV show appears to promise new info on upcoming video games

The Pokémon Company could be set to reveal new game info next week, according to the listing of its Japanese television show.
Variety show PokéDoko claims it will share “the latest information on Pokémon games” during its episode broadcasting on Sunday, April 24.
The timing could coincide with a new drop of Pokémon Scarlet and Violet info, which were announced nearly two months ago.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Guides:
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet walkthrough, tips, and Pokemon locations | Roaring Moon location | Iron Valiant location | Shiny sandwich recipes | Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Legendaries | How to find Shiny Pokemon in Scarlet and Violet
However, as noted by the Pocketmonsters.net fan Twitter account, it’s been years since new game info was announced via TPC’s television shows.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Guides:
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet walkthrough, tips, and Pokemon locations | How to invite friends online Pokemon Scarlet and Violet | How to breed eggs in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet | Where to get the Master Ball in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet| How to change outfit Pokemon Scarlet and Violet
It’s possible that PokéDoko could repeat new media or info planned to be dropped by TPC separately next week, or perhaps its claim of new info has been exaggerated.
Pokémon Scarlet and Violet were revealed during a Pokémon Presents live stream in February and will release for Nintendo Switch in Late 2022.
Several classic Pokémon were shown off in the games’ debut trailer, as well as three new starter Pokémon.
The starters are a grass-type cat Pokémon called Sprigatito, a fire-type crocodile Pokémon called Fuecoco and a water-type duckling Pokémon called Quaxly.
Scarlet and Violet were the only new Pokémon games announced as part of the most recent Pokémon Presents live stream.
