Helldivers 2 patch adds ‘planetary hazards’ including meteor showers and fire tornadoes
Version 01.000.100 also rebalances some weapons and fixes some bugs

The latest patch for Helldivers 2 has now been released.
The version 01.000.100 update, which is active now on PC and coming to PS5 soon, activates a new ‘Plentary Hazards’ feature.
According to the patch notes, “many planets now have additional environmental challenges that will appear at random while you are deployed, from fire tornadoes to meteor showers and many more”.
The patch also rebalances Eradicate missions, and makes tweaks to the balancing of certain primary, secondary and support weapons.
