Gamescom 2019: all the biggest news stories from the show

Gamescom 2019 launched on Monday with a series of live streams and online broadcasts full of product announcements and trailers.

Major headlines include Sony’s acquisition of Spider-Man studio Insomniac Games, a host of new indie titles coming to Switch, and PS4 exclusive Dreams winning multiple prizes at Gamescom 2019 Awards including best of show.
