Capcom Fighting Collection 2 features 8 games including Capcom vs SNK and Power Stone 1 & 2
The collection will be released next year, with no Xbox version planned
Capcom has announced another fighting game collection.
Capcom Fighting Collection 2 will be released next year and will include the following eight games:
- Capcom vs SNK: Millennium Fight 2000 Pro
- Capcom vs SNK 2: Mark of the Millennium 2001
- Project Justice
- Capcom Fighting Evolution
- Street Fighter Alpha 3 Upper
- Plasma Sword: Nightmare of Bilstein
- Power Stone
- Power Stone 2
The compilation will be released on Switch, PS4 and PC in 2025. As with other recent Capcom compilations, no Xbox version has been announced.
All eight games will feature online play with rollback netcode, as well as a training mode.
A museum mode will also include official art, concept art, design documents, music and “more never-before-seen content”.
The first Capcom Fighting Collection was released in June 2022 and featured 10 one-on-one arcade fighting games from Capcom’s past.
The first collection included Darkstalkers: The Night Warriors, Night Warriors: Darkstalkers’ Revenge, Vampire Savior: The Lord of Vampire, Vampire Hunter 2: Darkstalkers’ Revenge, Vampire Savior 2: The Lord of Vampire, Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo, Super Gem Fighter Mini Mix, Cyberbots: Full Metal Madness, Red Earth and Hyper Street Fighter II: The Anniversary Edition.
While announcing the new compilation, Capcom also confirmed that Marvel vs Capcom Fighting Collection: Arcade Classics will be released digitally on September 12 and physically on November 22.
The collection will include seven Capcomn arcade games featuring Marvel characters: The Punisher, X-Men: Children of the Atom, Marvel Super Heroes, X-Men vs Street Fighter, Marvel vs Capcom and Marvel vs Capcom 2.
