Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons director teases new co-op game ahead of EA Play Live

The new co-operative game from Hazelight Studios looks set to be announced during EA Play Live on June 18.

The game will be the studio’s second title with EA, following 2018’s prison escape adventure A Way Out.

An announcement was teased on Monday by Hazelight founder Josef Fares, who directed A Way Out as well as 2013’s award-winning co-op game Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons.

The title will be released by EA’s indie publishing arm, EA Originals, which gives all the profits from its games to the studios which make them.

All EA Originals games also become part of the EA Access subscription service across PS4, Xbox One and PC.

EA released the first Star Wars Squadrons trailer on Monday, ahead of a gameplay reveal at this week’s delayed EA Play Live showcase.

It’s also been reported that EA will start teasing a Battlefield 3 remaster and announce EA Sports UFC 4 at the digital event.
