Kicking off at 10am PT (1pm ET / 6pm UK), the studio says the broadcast will celebrate the game’s upcoming first anniversary on February 4, while also introducing its next season of content.
Update: We’ve embedded a video of the stream above, which introduces the first details of Apex Legends Season 4, Assimilation, launching on February 4.
It will introduce a new Legend named Forge, an armour-piercing bolt-action sniper rifle called the Sentinel, plus a new battle pass and the third season of ranked mode.

As Season 3 nears its end, Apex Legends is currently running the Grand Soirée Arcade Event, featuring seven limited-time rotating modes. A new game type is available every two days until the event ends on January 28.
The first online tournament of the Apex Legends Global Series is also due to begin on January 25. Teams can still register to participate, but players must be at least Gold IV in Ranked Series 2 to compete.
During its last earnings call in October 2019, publisher EA said Apex Legends had attracted 70 million players.
Given the success of the battle royale game, EA CFO Blake Jorgensen implied Respawn was unlikely to return to Titanfall 3 in the near future.
Further plans for the game and updated player numbers could be provided when EA reports its third quarter earnings on January 30.
