The Just Let Go Trophy in Spider-Man 2 has players do the following:

If you’ve not played the excellent Spider-Man Miles Morales, then you may be confused about this trophy, and unsure where to find the science trophy, but thankfully, I’ve got the Platinum Trophy in Spider-Man 2, so I can tell you exactly how to get the Just Let Trophy in Spider-man 2.
Spider-Man 2 Just Let Go Trophy Guide
As Miles find the Science trophy Miles and Phin won together
The science trophy Miles and Phin won together can be found in the Financial District of New York. This is at the bottom of the map. Look for One World Trade (the largest building on the map) and head down to the district.
The trophy can be found in Trinity Church. The iconic landmark of lower New York is the hiding place for the elusive science trophy, and thus, the Just Let Go trophy. Interestingly, there’s no mention of this secret collectible in the game outside of the trophy, so unless you’d played Spider-Man: Miles Morales, you may never have found it.
Once you’re near the trophy, you’ll see a small icon to interact with it. This will only happen if you are Miles. Doing this will give you a short piece of dialogue where Miles references Phin, and the events of the Spider-man Miles Morales game.
After this, you’ll be given the Just Let Go Trophy.
