Pokémon Pokopia: Can you evolve Pokémon?
How to get some of your favourite Pokémon in their evolved forms in Pokopia

So you’ve started Pokémon Pokopia, and you’re wondering how to evolve your Pokémon to get some of your favourites?
Pokopia is a new twist on the Pokémon formula, offering players the chance to build their own version of Kanto. You can populate your new Kanto with Pokémon from across the series, and invite them to live and work together in this brand new world.
You’ll quickly be introduced to the original Red and Blue starter trio of Charmander, Squirtle, and Bulbasaur, but are you wondering how to get their evolved forms? Read on to find out how to evolve Pokémon in Pokémon Pokopia.
Can you evolve Pokémon in Pokopia?

In a huge change from the traditional Pokémon series, Pokémon Pokopia doesn’t feature any evolution mechanic. However, the eagle-eyed among you will notice that there are many stage 1 and stage 2 Pokémon in Pokémon Pokopia. So, how do you get them?
Well, evolved Pokémon in Pokémon Pokopia are treated like any other Pokémon; they are spawns from habitats. Typically, an evolved form of a Pokémon will be a rarer spawn than a base or stage one version. For example, the same habitat that contains Ivysaur can also contain Venusaur, the final stage version of the Pokémon is far rarer.
Thankfully, Pokémon rarity in Pokémon Pokopia can be whittled down very easily. If you attract every other type of Pokémon that’s native to that habitat, the only one that’s left will be the rare Pokémon. You can’t attract duplicate Pokémon in Pokémon Pokopia, so once you have every other creature, the next one to appear is guaranteed to be the rare spawn.
Some habitats also only spawn a specific rare creature. For example, Blastoise can be spawned via the Hydrated tall grass, alongside 4 other Pokémon. However, if you build the Floating in the shade habitat, Blastoise is the only Pokémon that will appear, making it much easier.
