How to catch Yveltal in Pokémon Legends Z-A
Once you’ve completed the game, head to Hotel Z, and you’ll be told to speak to Mable at the Pokémon Research Lab. You’ll be given two missions. One of which will give you the other Legendary Pokémon in Pokémon Legends Z-A.
For Yveltal, you’ll have to head to Vinnie at Quasartico Inc. He’ll let you take on three Mega Rogue Evolution battles again.
These Rogue Mega Battles are against:
- Mega Victreebel
- Mega Hawlucha
- Mega Tyranitar
These are slightly harder than they are in the main game, as you won’t have anyone with you, but considering the AI is pretty useless in the original versions of the fight, it’s not terribly difficult.
Once you’ve done this, you’ll get a location on your map to take on Yveltal.
Yveltal spawns at the Galerie de la Lune, on the top of the shopping center. You can access this area via ladders and holovators that are around the area. Standing in the middle of the dome will trigger a cutscene that will see Yveltal fly down to begin the battle.
Like its other Legendary Pokémon, it’s Level 75, so prepared for a tough battle. If you knock out Yveltal, you can keep replaying the battle.
