Pokémon Legends Z-A Ranked Battles Season 3 starts this week.

The Pokémon Company has confirmed that Pokémon Legends Z-A Ranked Battles Season 3 will begin on Thursday, 27 November 2025, at 06:00 UTC to Thursday, 18 December 2025, at 01:59 UTC.

How to get Mega Chesnaught

Players who reach Rank S during this season will receive a special reward of Chesnaughtite, which is used to Mega Evolve Chesnaught into Mega Chesnaught. The previous two Mega Stones are still available this season. Delphoxite can be earned by reaching Rank V, and Greninjite can be earned by reaching Rank Y.

To start a Ranked Battle, follow these steps:

1. Launch Pokémon Legends: Z-A game.
2. Press the X Button to open the main menu.
3. Select Link Play.
4. Select Ranked Battles.

You will need to finish at least one match with a win or loss during Season 3 to be eligible for season rewards at the end of the season. To receive your in-game season rewards, follow these steps:

1. After the season has ended, launch  Pokémon Legends: Z-A game.
2. Press the X Button to open the main menu.
3. Select Link Play.
4. Select Ranked Battles.
