There aren’t many moments in Onimusha: Way of the Sword where you might get stuck or lost, but there is one.

During the In the Light of an Icy Moon story mission, you’ll be given the task: ‘Find the hidden path.’ Sounds simple enough, but the game doesn’t give you too many hints.

In this guide, we’re breaking down how to find the hidden path so you can quickly and easily continue through the main story in Onimusha: Way of the Sword.

While examining the nearby stone, Shizuka will read, “When going through hell, one must keep going.”

This is a hint indicating that the hidden path is essentially an illusory wall, straight out of Dark Souls, but you can’t be blamed if you didn’t understand it the first time around.

Examine all available paths, and they’re all dead ends. From the shrine in the center of the path, walk toward and straight through the stone wall between the left and right paths.

Inside, you’ll be able to reveal the Oni Eye, which will teleport you to the next main area from the Bamboo Grove.
