Hogwarts Legacy‘s Elder Wand is the most powerful wand in the wizarding world, and as such, players are desperate to find it in the game.
Despite the game being set hundreds of years in the past, the Elder Wand, and the rest of The Deathly Hallows, are even older, meaning that they could appear in Hogwarts Legacy.
In the Harry Potter books, the Elder Wand was supposedly created by Death himself, and whoever united it with the other two Hallows would become the Master of Death.
A leaked trophy let fans know they were going to get the chance to wield a Deathly Hallow, but which one is it, and do you get the chance to take The Elder Wand for your own? Find out in our guide below.

Is the Elder Wand and Deathly Hallows in Hogwarts Legacy?
*Below is a spoiler for alate-game mission*
No, really, last chance…
Yes, the Deathly Hallows feature in Hogwarts Legacy.
During a mission later in the game, you’ll be asked to take part in the third Keeper trial, a series of magical tests designed to determine if you can harness the power of ancient magic.
This third test will see the player enter a storybook, during which they’ll initially be unable to use any combat, instead having to sneak around.
On the quest, you’ll be given access to a mysterious cloak that turns you invisible, not unlike the one that Harry was given in his first year at school, the first of the Deathly Hallows.
Next, you’ll be asked to pick up a “mysterious stone” which you guessed it, is the Ressurection Stone, the second of the Deathly Hallows, and then, finally, you’re handed a mysterious wand, which long-term Potter fans should recognize as The Elder Wand, the final of the three Deathly Hallows and the most powerful wand ever.
Can you get The Elder Wand in Hogwarts Legacy?
Sadly, outside of this mission, you do not get to use The Elder Wand in Hogwarts Legacy. During the mission, The Elder Wand takes down enemies in a single spell, so it would be fairly broken as part of the larger game.
You can create a wand that looks similar to it at Ollivanders, but the actual power of The Elder Wand is exclusive to the third trial.
