Star Fox

Star Fox is a 2026 Nintendo Switch 2 remake of Star Fox 64 (1997), developed by Velan Studios.

“Star Fox is a cinematic take on the Star Fox 64 game, featuring newly overhauled character designs, freshly revamped looks for each stage, plus detailed cutscenes, fully voiced dialogue, and a sweeping orchestral soundtrack,” according to Nintendo.

“The game also includes Joy-Con 2 mouse controls and a brand-new GameChat feature that puts you in the cockpit as your favorite characters from the Star Fox universe.”

• Team up: Pass a Joy-Con 2 controller to a friend and they can join you as a gunner or pilot in two-player co-op. You can also experience the entire story campaign together locally or online over GameShare via GameChat.
