Resident Evil Veronica is a 2027 survival horror game by Capcom.
The game is a remake of the 1999 Sega Dreamcast title, Resident Evil Code Veronica.
“This new title preserves the essence of the original game, while introducing modernized gameplay, a reimagined storyline, and vividly detailed graphics,” Capcom said. “In 2027, madness and intrigue, love and hate all combine to create a chilling new entry in survival horror.”
A synopsis reads, “It has been 3 months since the destruction of Raccoon City. Claire Redfield travels to Europe in search of her brother. Claire infiltrates the Paris laboratory of Umbrella Corporation, but is captured after a heated gun fight.
“The captured Claire is then sent to Rockfort Island, but shortly after her arrival the island is attacked! Amidst the chaos, a horde of zombies are released! Can Claire escape the horrors of the island?”
