Astral Chain

Astral Chain is an “synergetic action game” set in a futuristic world, developed by PlatinumGames and published by Nintendo.

The Nintendo Switch exclusive sees players take on the role of a rookie officer in a special police force known as Neuron. This exclusive task force, along with its living weapon companions called the Legion, is humanity’s last defence against an inter-dimensional alien invasion.

There are five different kinds of Legion which players can switch between at any time, each with their own unique skills. Legion can be called in to combat for special combos, or used while exploring to solve puzzles an investigate crime scenes.

Astral Chain marks the directorial debut of NieR: Automata designer, Takahisa Taura. Hideki Kamiya, director of Bayonetta and Devil May Cry, provided supervision.
