THQ Nordic GmbH is an Austrian game publisher based in Vienna, Austria, and is a subsidiary of THQ Nordic AB.

When it was first established in 2011, the company was known as Nordic Games GmbH. The company is based in Vienna and is known for publishing licensed games from companies such as Comedy Central, Disney, and Nickelodeon. It also published games for its own franchises, including Alone in the Dark, Destroy All Humans, and Darksiders.

THQ Nordic has acquired several subsidiary companies, including Bugbear Entertainment, Gunfire Games, Piranha Bytes, and Rainbow Studios.

Nordic Games Holding acquired assets from JoWooD in 2011, alongside DreamCatcher Interactive and The Adventure Company, which were affiliates.

DTP Entertainment was acquired in 2014 as the company was bankrupt, which included the intellectual property for 15 Days, Curse of the Ghost Ship, The Moment of Silence, and The Mystery of the Druids. Mobile Gaming Studio acquisitions included Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy, Legends of War, and War Leaders: Clash of Nations.
