Scopely

Scopely is an American video game developer and publisher.

The company is well known for publishing MONOPOLY GO! and Pokémon GO. It develops both original games and games based on existing brands. Scopely has also released games including Yahtzee, Skee-ball, Dice With Buddies, and Wordly.

Scopely was founded in 2011 in California. It now has development teams across the world with additional offices in America, Asia, and Spain. Walter Driver, Ankur Bulsara, Eric Futoran, and Eytan Elbaz were Scopely’s founders.

In 2024, Scopely was ranked the 2nd mobile video game developer in the world and 1st in the U.S. by revenue. In the same year, Scopely was featured in Time Magazine on the annual TIME100 list for being one of the ‘100 Most Influential Companies in the World.’

Scopely was purchased by Savvy Games Group in 2023 for $4.9 billion.
