Roblox Corporation is an American video game developer based in California. It was founded by David Baszucki and Eric Cassel in 2004 and is the developer of the game platform Roblox.

In 2016 and 2017, Roblox Corporation was ranked by Inc as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States on its Inc 5000 list.

The company was also named the most innovative company in the gaming sector in 2020 by Fast Company.

Roblox has reported over 85.3 million daily active users as of February 2025.
