miHoYo
MiHoYo is a Chinese video game developer based in Shanghai, China. It was founded in 2012 by Cai Haoyu, Liu Wei, and Luo Yahao.
The company has developed popular games, including Genshin Impact, Honkai series, Tears and Themis, and Zenless Zone Zero.
MiHoYo created a published brand called Cognosphere, which is based in Singapore, with offices in Los Angeles, Montreal, Seoul, and Tokyo. Cognospheres’ trading name is HoYoverse and manages content production and global publishing outside of China.
In 2018, miHoYo launched Miyoushe, an official gamer community. The platform shares official game information and practical tools for players.
